Schedules for 2011-2012
Skyhawks Tryout Schedule for Boys (last updated on September 15, 2011) and Tryout Schedule for Girls (last updated on August 19, 2011) are now available!
Burlington Skyhawks tryouts for all rep age divisions will be held starting in early September. Each program will host two tryouts with a possible third depending on turnout. Every player will be guaranteed a minimum of two tryouts.
Please note there will be a nominal cost of $20.00 per player to tryout with the Skyhawks which helps to offset the cost of expensive gym time. This fee should be paid in cash at the player’s first try-out.
As some changes may need to be made to the tryout schedules please be sure to check back regularly on this website leading into the first week to September to confirm times and locations.
The Club office will do their best to communicate directly with former local players through email and advertisement. Your assistance in passing on tryout times to your circle of passionate local basketball players is much appreciated.
In the event your child is unable to attend their first scheduled tryout due to illness, injury or extenuating circumstances please contact our Club Administration (admin@burlingtonskyhawks.ca) or the assigned Head Coach to ensure that your child is registered with an expression of interest to play.
While it is critical that the Head Coaches and Player Selection Committees have an opportunity to see all interested players tryout and compete for a spot on the team we also recognize that there may be extraordinary circumstances that may need to be considered for individual players (ex. serious injuries).
